Celebrating World Diabetes Day

The Leos and Lions of the Lions Club of Swakopmund proudly celebrate World Diabetes Day every year on the 14th of November. This year, we are thrilled to host a Diabetes Fun Run, in collaboration with Weder, Kauta & Hoveka Inc., and warmly invite the community to participate!Join us on Saturday, the 16th of November, at 08:00 for a fun-filled event supporting diabetes awareness. The entry fee is N$50.00, and all funds will go towards the Lions Diabetes Pillar, aiding crucial diabetes care and prevention efforts.As a special bonus, the first 100 participants will receive a unique Lions keepsake medal to commemorate the event.
